Abstract | This paper contains the basic policy for safety management and technical guidance consider about Japan’s official development assistance. When ODA construction projects are implemented, it is a very important task to establish a safe and health conscious working environment in order to achieve the goal of “ensuring human safety”. Practically speaking, safety management on construction work varies depending on the specific conditions. Construction is the most dangerous land based work secto r in Europe. Construction can be a hazardous business. This is widely recognized by OSH. The studies are safety management in construction, implementation of safety management in road project, strength, weakness and recommendations. A construction worker i nvolved in a work related accident may have a claim against the general contractor. As OHS practitioners and researchers became aware that individual behavior. OHS programs focused on individuals risk behaviors were common place. OHS is external environmen t in which to organization conducts business should also be consideration and then training needs for organizational, job and individual. There has incident management incident reporting and incident investigation. Safety and health policy is to protect th e worker, eliminate unsafe practices and work conditions and train and equip staff and worker with safe practices |
