AbstractThe Owners of hotels, resorts always want their projects are invested with a suitable cost but maximum benefit, minimum cost for renovation. In the past the quality of projects were depended on consultants, contractors and supervisors because the limit of information and knowledge in Project Quality Management. Nowadays, everything are changing, the Owners can understand the smallest detail of each project and know how to minimum cost for investment and maximum benefit through many tools from internal and external. In limit of this report, it will be shown how the Project Management Unit of the Owner manage processing of a hotel resort which will be operated by International Group hotels and resort. This research will help the Owners have more experience in development hotels and resorts project. Most of materials for this report are from real situation of Sandy Beach resort project in Danang – Vietnam
