Abstract | Electricity is one of the industry had very important role in the national economy and social life. To ensure that meet the load demand service of economic development economy and society of the country, the annual , EVN has investment plans to build power plants and power network synchronization. The characteristic of the power network projects often require large investment capital , proj ect implementation period lasts. S o the analysis, assessment and management of risks in project implementat ion steps are necessary, helping investors make informed decisions. The purpose of risk management is identify potential problems before they occur so that risk - handling activities can be planned and used when necessary during project implementation, mini mize the adverse impact on the achievement of project objectives. To effectively manage the risks involved in the project for construction of power network, the organizations need to identify important risks, and then provide an appropriate tool to measure their impact in each stage of the project cycle and proposed methods effective solutions like reducing, share, transfer, avoid or accept, but cannot be ignored. |
