AbstractIn recent years, Viet Nam’s Party, State and Government have devoted great attention to the development infrastructure system. Thus, the infrastructure system has been developing, step by step to meet the requirements of building and protecting the country, However, the infrastructure system in our country still remains numerous limits, weaknesses (poor quality and overload), backwards, inconsistencies, poor connectivity and currently is the bottleneck of the development process. The aforesaid limits and weaknesses are caused by objective and subjective reasons that mainly by subjective reasons: Thinking of infrastructure development is lately innovated and fails to comply with the market mechanism; investment resources primarily depend on the state budget without mobilizing the resources from outside as well as creating the strong support and responsibility sharing of the entire people and economic sectors. And one of main reason is the Project management in the Super-Project of transportation with some concern to Foreign aspects are very poor, that leads to all the target of Project that leads to delay in Progress, poor quality and safety and environmental problem are of out control. Within this Reports,on the review of Contract Management Package 10 of East Sea expressway project, I Would like to mention the practical of express way project implementation and experiences for Employer when they deal with international Project with attendances of foreign Contractor and Consultant
