| Abstract | Recently years, FDIin Viet Nam is decreased strongly, which caused real estate market and situation of construction reduce significantly.In addition, interest increase high has make potential clients of construction market has been difficult. Therefore, to get construction project,the contractormust try to improve qualityof projectto satisfy requirement of clients, increase competition advantage.In construction industry, projectquality was always controversy problem, the owners and contractors whose desired to created a good products. Recently, the owner have concerned to project quality, the professional staffs of the owner could combine with engineers of contractor to establishprocess of quality management.This isimportantchangedfor quality management system.In this study, all defects of project will be analyzed at stagesof work to recognizedisruption of quality.Since then, we could assess statement of problemto propose appropriate process, this study also suggest solutionto solve difficult factor which is usually happen. |
