AbstractThis report provides a great amount of literature learned in school from a Master of Professional Management course at AIT. Further from the literature is case study of a complex real estate project in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Through research and analyt ical tools, we will analyze the projects base on many financial details. Literature always providing us the most detail and scopes possible for applying in many different cases. When applying these literature into actual study, there are many details tha t are not conducted into the studies, but instead follow the market norm study. The case study in this report is a financial feasibility study conducted by a private financial consultant who apply theory and market norm figures as assumption to calculate final result of feasibility study; in this case, Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return were calculated as basic analytical tools to analyze the study. One will learn what informations are needed to create a financial feasibility study and how a st andard feasibility study would look like.
