Abstract | Nowadays , in a world of rising energy demand, n atural gas ( associated and non - associated) has a key role to play in energy security. Compared with other available fossil fuels, natural gas has lower carbon emissions, so natural gas is considered as reliable and environmentally friendly fuel source and efficient energy . In Vietnam, along with the synchronized development of project s of gather ing, tran sporting gas to shore and projects of expansion and development in industrial sectors , fuel gas increasingly higher proportion in the structure of energy consumption . Thus, t he implementation and completion of gas project s according to plan is very signif icant, affects not only the efficiency of the gas project itself, but also the development of other industrial sectors . To execute gas projects successfully, the schedule management must be considered as a key factor, especially in the context of the proje ct is carried out in multiple contracting conditions. By analyzing & evaluating the causes and effects of schedule problems in gas project s , the report propose some preventive measures / improvements for schedule management in this project or similar project s in the future. |
