| Abstract | Nowadays project management is great interest; more and more businesses recognized the benefits of project management in their businesses. A well - managed project will be completed on time, within budget resources approved and provide satisfac tion to our customers. In order to manage projects effectively, an organization or an enterprise is necessary to improve the maturity of its project management. In addition, the good management for the project will bring benefits to businesses which associ ated with the social benefits of bringing what is best for the people and society. So it is very necessary for the organization to assess its project management maturity so as to know the current level at which the organization is managing its projects an d the most important thing is to set direction, make plan, strategy for better development. This report will review the literature related to project management strategy assessment, study and assess the current practice strategy of project management of th e case study company, give strengths weaknesses and propose recommendations for project management improvement. |
