AbstractNow a day, real estate is always one of the most important market in any national economies . the development of real estate will impellent the development of national social - economy and increase quality of citizen’s life. Similar to other businesses , real estate market is al ways fluctuated and influenced by many different factors such as macro and micro economy, policy ,especially in Vietnam , a developing country with a lot of changes after “DOI MOI” in 1986 and more and more joining into world economy. Because of being a new market , Viet Nam real estate had an extreme development period in 2006 – 2009 which boost the price of housing higher than 25 times average annual income of Vietnamese .Consequently, Real estate market has being faced to a difficult period since 201 1 with Direction 01 of Vietnam State Bank which is to control and stabilize the economy .The tightening financial policy was applied and most of real estate project can not continue because they were lack of financial resources which was mentioned as “ Fi nancial Difficulty Period “ in this report. The problems is that many developers had spent a lot of money before Direction 01 was issued without any warnings and they need to continue and survive through this Financial Difficulty Period . This report is co nducted in order to analyze the situation of projects and case study of CONTENTMENT PLAZA PROJECT will show some solutions for going on and started initial stages to overcomes difficult situation.
