AbstractThe Construction industry has been comprised problems for many years because of its nature. In both developed countries and developing contries we find the same problems, the industry in developing countries experienced the problems after they happened in developed countries. Let take the issue of quality and safety for examples: Vietnamese construction companies are now trying to improve quality and safety while these matters had been solved in England or USA 20 years before. The project owners, some are experienced and have knowledges, some are new and unskilled will have differe nt approaches to drive the projects to success In the aspect of construction project stakeholder relationship, especially in the relationship between client and project teams, the client kept the doubtful attitude. This may harm the cooperation. From these, there are emergent needs for project owner to study how to have short cut in project management then improve the relationship between project stakeholders
