AbstractIn the construction project, construction is creating works. Although this activity is considered separately, but in reality, it is a combinat ion of many factors (time, cost, quality, people, ...), management procedure (plan design, cost, quality, schedule, contract, environment, ...). Especially, contract management is not just to keep from getting lost or damaged, but also to ensure contract performance takes place uniformly, ensure the contract is carried out exactly as signed in order to minimize damage in case of a dispute. This is a basis to force the parties to comply with their responsibilities in the contract. This report focuses on the work of the contract management. Through case studies of Fortuneland Hotel Project, the problem will be studied, analyzed and then, the recommendations will be proposed to ensure that contracts are managed better
