| Abstract | Business strategy is the most important part of the whole strategy of the company. Other parts of the strategymust be based on businessstrategy to build and adjust. Business strategy is extremely important for the existence, operation and development of the Company. It set out the broad of objectives, which need to mobilize appropriate resources both short and long term. It guaranteesthe plan runs in right way. A good business strategy will help Companiesgetmore profit, havea safe position in the business, actively adapt to the business environment. Because of these reasons that in business operations, companiesneed to build an own business strategy suited to conditions and circumstances, this is a necessary requirement for any enterprise.Base onthe theories of strategy development have been researched on the programand besidesthatusual academic values,this thesishas practical value from the study of real data in Soc Trang Traffic Construction JS Company and be sure thatthe business strategyin this thesis have high usablevalue.
