AbstractWith impressive growth in infrastructure and services, Vietnam has maintained transport network development since the early 1990s. After being a part of the World Trade Organization, Vietnamese corporations encounter domestic competitors and the international enterprices . Among critical factors which decreasing the competency of Vietnamese corporation from organization structure and design. This final report concentrating on Organization and Project Structure for implementing Jack Up EPC Project. According to the organiz a tion theory from literature review, this report showed the differences of Organization and Project Structure for implementing EPC Project. Besides that, it also pointed out the strengths and weakness between two structures. Last one, some lessons learnt from project and recom mendations are discussed in order to help how to run project effectively
