Abstract | In Vietnam, at the time of hot real estate de velopment in 2008 , many corporations and large groups invested in the real estate sector, althoug h this is not their expertise or strength. The investors have the advantage of available land, but no experience in th e field of investment in real estate. So, they have to pay for the painful experience they get. The cost is time, money and sometimes their reputations. To overcome this problem, investors need to set up project management units, recruit experts in the field of real estate from the beginning. Research and feasibility study report is really useful and serves as a basis for making invest ment decisions .During project implementation, the experts, on behalf of invest ors, coordinate with the cons ultants to select schemes and solutions to meet the desires of investors. A well-managed project will be completed on time, within approved budget and provide customer satisfaction. |
