AbstractIt is now for sure that businesses are all in agreement with the benefits which bring from project management to their organizations. A well - managed project is defined as one finished on time, within its approved budget and make the clients satisfied. Achieving this also means an organization forced to improve its project management competence. Therefore, assessment of project management competence is extremely vital for the organization to identify t he areas required improvement This report is going to take the literature review over project management competence assessment, study and evaluate the current practice of project management of the case study of the Amcons company, and recommend improvemen ts for it.
