AbstractIn Vietnam , few investors are interested in the verifica tion of the design documents in construction projects . Therefore, the quality of the product design has so many problems right from the basic design stage to the implementation phase . These influences affect the project as foll ows :  Mistakes in the design file to edit the result .  Progress of delayed projects  Too many design changes during construction.  Unexpected increase cost of the project.  Tota l investment costs are too high . The purpose of this research is to improve and en hance the quality of design documents through verification . By studying the theory and analysis of actual work to find out what factors affect the quality . Since then, the focus of this issue step by step management , quality control effectively and enha nce productivity to meet customer requirements . Furthermore, the research and developmen t work of design verification contribute to the sustainable development policy in the construction industry in Vietnam .
