AbstractThis project report studied about risk mana gement of basement construction affecting adjacent buildings. In the field of construction, basement construction in rural areas is one of the most risky and difficult works. To limit risks in this issue, it is very im portant to study about risk identification and solving methods when preparing and cons tructing basements. Although many projects have risk management system, risk still occurs, even causing very serious damages. Therefore, experience and thought s in risk identification beco mes more and more critical.
