AbstractThese thesis efforts to investigate recent approach of QRAs & apply this technique to offshore petroleum industry, a zone with very high risk, by proposed a frame work to conduct QRAs for handling podium system off-shore. Risks appraisal is an objective quantitative measure normal risks from executing of a hazardous event utensils or action. Practice of risks within likely hood & corollaries of them. By comparing a risks suitable standard, outcomes could be applied to help make a decision if basis to be not acceptable or necessity improvements. According to suitable frame work, a case study shall be conducted to investigate efficiency of QRAs for treatment structure DH-1 Petroleum podiums at Dai Hung crude-oil field of PVEP.
